Commission ServicesThe Artist will create custom artwork based on the agreed specifications (style, size, delivery time).Estimated delivery time will always be discussed with the Client (usually within 4 weeks).2. Commission ProcessThe Client must provide clear details and references if needed.Payment: is made after sending the first sketch and once it has been approved ONLY PayPal for USD and Gamepass for Robux + TAX.Revisions: Up to 5 revisions are included. Major changes may require an additional fee.The final artwork will be delivered digitally (PNG via Drive).3. Copyright & UsageArt Property: The Artist retains full copyright of the artwork.Personal Use: The Client may use the artwork for personal purposes (sharing, printing, displaying) as long as credit is given to the Artist.Commercial Use: Requires permission and an additional fee.If the artwork is used for sales or commercial purposes, the Client must pay a royalty percentage (to be agreed before use).The Client must provide clear sales reports and royalties will be paid to the Artist.

ConfidentialityThe Artist will keep all commission details private.The Client must also respect the confidentiality of the agreement.6.Modifications & PricingAny updates to terms or prices will be notified in advance.Prices are not permanent and can be negotiated.7.ResponsibilityThe Artist is not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the artwork.No refunds after the sketch.By making the commission, the Client confirms that he has read and accepted these terms.
